About the studio · moored 51°30′N

A small studio buildingnarrow apps that doone thing properly.

Founded in 2026 in London, shipping useful software for Shopify merchants and small businesses. Without venture funding, without bloat, without the SaaS playbook.

The story · why we exist

Most software you install today is trying to do everything for everyone.

The result: bloated apps, opaque pricing, AI features nobody asked for, and “support” that takes a week to reply.

Harbour Labs is the opposite of that. We build apps that do one job and stop. Each one is small enough that one person can support it properly. Each one has a price you can read in ten seconds. Each one is honest about what it does and what it doesn’t.

That’s the studio’s whole pitch, and the whole rule for what gets built.

A studio of one. For now.

Harbour Labs is run by one working Shopify developer, building the apps they wished existed. The studio is small enough that emails go to the person who writes the code.
