How FormFence pricing works, how Shopify handles the subscription, and what happens when you cancel.
FormFence uses Shopify's managed App Pricing. Shopify hosts the pricing page, takes the payment, runs the subscription, and shows the charge on your normal Shopify bill. We never touch your card details.

- Blocked-submissions log with the reason for each block
- CSV export of either log
- Move-to-passed tool for false positives
- Delete tool for individual submissions

Billed monthly. Cancel any time, no minimum term.
Is there a free trial?
No. The Free plan is a permanent tier, not a trial. You can run on Free forever; you only pay when you want the dashboard, logs, and reply composer.
How to upgrade
- Open FormFence in your Shopify admin
- Click Upgrade to Pro on the dashboard, on either log, or on the Settings page
- Shopify takes you to the FormFence pricing page on
admin.shopify.com - Confirm the subscription
Shopify activates Pro features on your shop within seconds of confirmation.
How to cancel
From the Shopify admin:
- Go to Settings → Apps and sales channels
- Find FormFence in the list and click it
- Click Cancel subscription
You keep Pro features for the rest of your current billing period. After that you drop back to Free. Your settings and history stay in place; the dashboard and logs simply become inaccessible until you resubscribe.
Refunds
We don't offer refunds for unused time in a billing period. Because you keep Pro features for the remainder of the period after cancelling, there's no situation where you're paying for something you can't use.
If something has gone wrong on our side (the app was unavailable, billing was misconfigured), email formfence@harbourlabs.app and we'll sort it on a case-by-case basis.
Test mode (development stores)
If you're trying FormFence on a Shopify development store, Shopify's billing flow uses test mode automatically: no real charge is made, but the subscription behaves identically to a real one for testing purposes.
What happens if I uninstall while subscribed?
Uninstalling the app from the Shopify admin cancels the subscription immediately. Shopify stops charging you from that point. See Uninstall for what happens to your data.
Currency and tax
Pricing is set in USD. Shopify converts to your store's currency at the current exchange rate for display and bills you in your normal billing currency. Any applicable taxes are added on top by Shopify per your store's billing jurisdiction.
