Quick recipes — find your worst dead stock, export the list, exclude a SKU, change thresholds, and re-scan.
Find your most expensive dead stock
Open the dashboard — the table is ranked by trapped capital by default, so your worst offenders are already at the top.
Filter by age, location, or action
Use the controls above the table to narrow by ageing band, location, or recommended action, or sort by days dormant or velocity.
Export the full list (Pro)
Click Export on the dashboard to download a CSV of every dead SKU with its cost, age, trapped capital, and recommended action.
Exclude a SKU from the scan
Open the SKU’s row and click Exclude from scan. It leaves the dead list immediately and appears under Settings → Excluded SKUs, where you can restore it later.
Change what counts as “dead”
Go to Settings → Dormancy thresholds, adjust the day counts, and save. The dashboard re-scores instantly.
Re-run a full scan
Settings → Connected store → Re-run full scan. Useful after a big catalogue or inventory change.
Turn on the weekly digest (Pro)
Settings → Email digest → toggle it on, set the day, time, and recipient, and save.
