How to uninstall

1. In your Shopify admin, go to Settings → Apps and sales channels
2. Find Dead Stock Detective and click Uninstall
3. Confirm

Uninstalling stops all processing immediately and ends any active subscription at the end of the billing period.

What happens to your data

When you uninstall, Shopify sends us a shop/redact request — about 48 hours later — and we delete all of your store’s data: tracked variants, snapshots, sale records, settings, and metrics. Nothing is retained.

If you reinstall within that window, your store starts fresh from the welcome screen and re-scans.
