Billing
Nearby's Free, Starter, and Growth plans, what each includes, the location limits, and how Shopify-managed billing works.
Nearby has three plans. Billing is handled entirely by Shopify via the App Store managed-pricing flow, so charges appear on your normal Shopify invoice and you can change or cancel from the Shopify admin at any time.

Prices are billed in your local currency by Shopify, so the exact amount may differ slightly from the USD figures above.
How the location limit works
Your plan caps how many locations Nearby shows on the storefront — 3 on Free, 25 on Starter, unlimited on Growth. You can add more stores in the admin than your plan shows; only the limit is enforced on the widget. Upgrading raises the limit immediately.
Changing or cancelling your plan
- Upgrade or downgrade from the Plans page in the Nearby admin, or from Settings → Apps in your Shopify admin.
- If you downgrade, features above your new tier turn off, and the location limit applies again.
- If you cancel or uninstall, you keep paid features until the end of the current billing period. Uninstalling also triggers data deletion — see Privacy and data.
Free trial
Where a trial is offered, it's shown on the Plans page and on the App Store listing, and it's administered by Shopify.
