The free plan is permanent. Not a trial. You can use BatchBrew forever on free if you stay within the limits.
Upgrading to Maker
Open Settings → Plan → Upgrade to Maker. You'll be taken to Stripe Checkout, secured by Stripe. Harbour Labs never sees your card details. After payment, the limits drop off immediately and you get the extra Maker features.
Managing your subscription
Open Settings → Plan → Manage billing. This opens the Stripe customer portal where you can:
- Update your card or billing address
- Download past invoices
- Switch your plan
- Cancel your subscription
Cancelling
In the Stripe portal, tap Cancel plan. You keep Maker features until the end of your current billing period. The Plan tab in BatchBrew will say "Your Maker plan ends on [date]. You'll keep full access until then."
When that date passes, you drop to the free plan automatically. Your data is preserved, you'll just be capped to 15 materials and 5 recipes until you resume or upgrade again.
Resuming after a cancellation
If your plan is in the grace period, open Settings → Plan → Resume plan. You stay on Maker without re-entering payment details.
Refunds
If something's gone wrong, email support within 14 days of subscribing for a full refund. No forms, no questions.
