Settings reference

Every setting in BatchBrew, what it does, and where to find it.

Settings live at /settings (or tap the gear from the dashboard). Each section below maps to a tab or block on that screen.

Account

SettingWhat it does
Display nameYour name as it appears in the app. Edit inline.
EmailYour sign-in email. Read-only here. Change it via Supabase Auth (contact support if you need this).
CurrencyThe currency symbol used everywhere prices appear. Auto-detected from your locale; override with a 20-currency dropdown if needed.

Plan

Shows your current tier (Free or Maker), material and product usage against your limits, and the actions you can take.

FreeMaterial count (e.g. 12 / 15), product count (e.g. 3 / 5), an Upgrade to Maker button.
Maker"Maker plan · active" plus a Manage billing button that opens the Stripe customer portal.
Maker (cancelled)"Your Maker plan ends on date. You'll keep full access until then." with a Resume plan button.

Material categories

Organise materials into groups: Wax, Oils, Containers, Packaging, and the rest. Categories show as filter chips on the Materials screen and appear in the dropdown when you add a new material.

Sales platforms

Sales channels you sell on, each with their fees. Used to calculate profit per item.

Add as many as you sell on. Recipes can be tagged with a default platform so profit math works without picking each time.

Recent activity

Read-only. The last 10 production logs, newest first. Shorthand for "what did I do this week".

Account actions

  • Sign out. Clears your session and returns you to the login page.
  • Delete my account. Opens a confirmation; type DELETE to confirm. See Uninstall for what this does.
