How do I add a new material?
Open Materials from the bottom nav. Tap Add material (top-right). Set the name, unit, current stock, and low-stock threshold. Optional: category, cost per unit (for profit math), supplier URL (for reorders). Save.
How do I create a recipe?
Open Recipes. Tap Add recipe. Give it a name, pick an emoji, set a selling price (optional but needed for profit insights), then add materials with how much of each goes into one unit. Save.
How do I log production?
Tap Log production in the centre of the bottom nav. Pick the recipe, enter how many you made, optional note, Log it. Stock deducts automatically and your history updates.
How do I restock a material?
Open Materials, tap the material, tap Restock. Enter how much you bought, save. The new amount adds to your existing stock.
How do I correct stock if I miscounted?
Open Materials, tap the material, tap Edit. Set the stock field directly to whatever the correct number is. This overwrites rather than adds.
How do I duplicate a recipe?
Open Recipes, tap the recipe, tap the menu (•••), choose Duplicate. BatchBrew creates a copy with (copy) appended that you can rename and tweak. Useful when you want a "Lavender Candle" and a "Lavender Candle (large)" with different material amounts.
How do I see my best sellers?
Open History. The chart at the top shows your top recipes by units, revenue, or profit (Maker plan). Tap a recipe in the list to drill into its production logs.
How do I change my currency?
Open Settings → Account → Currency. Pick from the dropdown. The change is instant across the app.
How do I add a sales platform?
Open Settings → Sales platforms → Add platform. Name, percentage fee, flat fee. Save. Now your profit math accounts for it.
How do I upgrade to Maker?
Open Settings → Plan → Upgrade to Maker. You'll go through Stripe Checkout. After payment, the limits drop off and you get the extra features immediately.
How do I cancel?
Open Settings → Plan → Manage billing (Stripe portal) → cancel your subscription. You keep Maker features until the end of the billing period, then drop to Free. Your data is preserved; you can resume any time.
