Getting started
Sign up, set up your first recipe, and log your first production run. Start to finish in under ten minutes.
You'll be making and tracking inside ten minutes. The app walks you through the first product and materials; this page is here in case you want to preview the flow or come back to it later.
What you'll need
A phone or laptop with a browser, an email address, and a rough idea of one thing you make and what goes into it. That's the whole list.
- Open BatchBrew, tap Sign up.
- Enter your email and a password. The bot check is hCaptcha. Tick the box.
- Check your inbox for a confirmation email and click the link.
Onboarding
When you first land in the app, BatchBrew runs you through two quick steps:
Step one: your first recipe
A recipe is a product you sell. Give it a name (e.g. "Lavender Candle"), pick an emoji, and set a selling price.
Step two: your first materials
Add the things that go into the recipe: wax, wick, jar, label, whatever applies. For each: a name, a unit (grams, millilitres, pieces), and how much you have in stock right now. BatchBrew uses the unit to work out what you can make.
That's it. You're now looking at Your workshop, the dashboard.
Log your first production run
When you've actually made something:
- Tap Log production (the central nav icon).
- Pick the recipe.
- Type how many you made.
- Add a note if you want to remember a tweak.
- Tap Log it.
Your stock drops by what the recipe uses. Your history fills up. You'll see the run on the dashboard within seconds.
