Uninstall
There's nothing to uninstall. But here's how to delete your account and all your data.
BatchBrew runs in your browser, so there's no app to uninstall. If you saved it to your home screen, just delete the icon. That removes the shortcut without touching any data.

Before you delete
A few things to consider:
- Your data is gone for good. No 30-day grace period, no recovery. Everything is removed within minutes.
- Active Maker subscriptions get cancelled. No refund for unused time in the current billing period; if you want a refund within the 14-day window, email support first.
- Want to start fresh instead? You don't need to delete. You can edit/delete materials and recipes individually from the app, or drop to the free plan from your subscription settings.
How to delete your account
- Open Settings
- Scroll to the bottom: Delete my account
- Type DELETE in the confirmation box (case-sensitive)
- Tap Delete account
The app will:
- Cancel your Stripe subscription if you have one
- Delete your auth account
- Cascade-delete every material, recipe, production log, and platform
- Sign you out and return you to the home page
Where the data lives after deletion
Nowhere on Harbour Labs systems. Stripe keeps payment records for the period required by law (typically 6-7 years for tax compliance) but that's a record of payment, not your app data.
If something goes wrong
If the delete fails or you see an error, email support and we'll handle it manually. Don't worry, we won't keep your account just because the button didn't work.
